- Excellent experience in accelerating Revit model usage thru SD, DD and CDs documentation and organization, including architectural project-specific training using Revit.
- Work with the design teams through the set-up of Revit BIM projects, spatial programming and logistic studies.
- Strong visual presentation skills of construction details by incorporating the architectural features in 3D environment.
- Ability to co-ordinate with project team the generation of 3D and 4D (3D + time) visualization.
- I am a specialist for constructing and performing building environmental 3D simulation using Ecotect to achieve: LEED rating for day lighting, building best orientation, shading analysis, solar exposure, glare, etc. I have been also providing staff training in Ecotect tool.
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUP, 3D Studio MAX, and photo-realistic renderings.
- Past employments have given me experience in the design development, presentation layouts, and communication with consultants.
- High skills in CAD both in operating the program and deeper ability to program by writing scripts and modules in Visual Basic, Revit families & API, VRML and GDL parametric object programming.
